Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on akg999:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 15 times the bonus amount.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
Some games may contribute differently toward the wagering calculation.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

Each bonus has an expiry date — if unused by the expiry date, the bonus will be cancelled.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
Violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Account Suspension and Termination

akg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
Providing a false identity or forged documents.
If evidence of fraudulent financial transactions is found.
Operating multiple accounts.
Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

A member may also close their own account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules before the account is closed.

akg999 will not be liable for the following:

A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
Losses caused by errors from third-party service providers.
Service disruptions due to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Issues arising from the member's own device or network.
Losses resulting from the member's login credentials falling into the hands of others.

However, in proven cases of technical error, akg999 will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.
